Welcome

A Space for Connection, Healing & Growth

Montreal Integrated Therapy and Wellness Centre is a space where a group of independent practitioners come together. Collectively, we believe that relationships, whether with yourself or others, are at the heart of well-being. These factors not only influence how we show up in the world, but also how we make sense of life’s ups and downs. When these connections are challenged, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of where to turn.

Navigating this alone can be difficult and we’re here to walk beside you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion.

Counselling is more than problem-solving - it’s about coming home to yourself. It’s a journey of rediscovery: uncovering your true voice, your passion, your peace - your song.

Our hope is that you find a practitioner and space that speaks to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all path - just the one that feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

2.png

One-on-one counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore personal challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions. The focus is on helping individuals gain insight, build coping strategies, and strengthen resilience to create meaningful change in their lives.

Couples counselling supports partners in navigating communication challenges, conflict, intimacy issues, or major life changes. The goal is to improve understanding, rebuild trust, and strengthen the relationship by helping partners work together toward healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Creative Arts Therapies

6.png

Creative Arts Therapies ( Drama, Art and Music) use creativity and expression as tools for healing. Through movement, role-play, storytelling, songwriting, rhythms, drawing, or other art forms, individuals of all ages can explore emotions, gain self-awareness, and build confidence in a non-verbal, supportive way. These therapies can be especially helpful for processing grief, trauma, or difficult life events.

Therapeutic Play

5.png

Therapeutic play uses the natural language of children - play! This method is to help them express feelings, process experiences, and build problem-solving skills. In a supportive environment, children engage with toys, art, and activities that encourage self-expression and emotional growth, particularly helpful for anxiety, trauma, or behavioral concerns.

Holistic Emotional Management

Move beyond "anger management" into deep emotional resilience. This service offers an emotions-focused, relational approach designed to help you:

  • Recognize that you are not your anger.

  • Learn how emotional stimuli and triggers physically impact your nervous system.

  • Explore concrete tools and motivational strategies to manage intense responses safely and effectively.

Family Mediation

Individual Counselling (Virtual ).png

Family mediation provides a structured and supportive process for resolving conflicts related to separation, parenting, or other family matters. A neutral mediator helps families identify common ground, communicate effectively, and work toward agreements that prioritize the well-being of all members, especially children.

In a world that is messy and heavy, how do we give voice to the pain while savouring the little joys, even when it feels impossible?  With over 7 years of experience supporting stroke survivors and 3 specialized years as a trauma-informed counsellor and creative arts therapist, I offer you a space to slow down.

My primary experience lies in supporting clients of all ages navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship and emotional expression challenges, identity exploration, and immigration experiences.

By leaning into play and the restorative magic of human connection, we work to heal relational wounds and build a deeper bridge between the mind and body—whether you are a child, teen or adult - you deserve to feel a true sense of agency.

I have diverse training in drama therapy, therapeutic play, child-parent therapy, relational needs and motivational interviewing. This allows me to tailor each session to meet your unique needs.

We will approach your story with curiosity, giving voice to the difficult things to ensure you feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life with intention.

Life is full of transitions, challenges, and moments that invite us to reconnect with ourselves and what matters most. As a clinical social worker, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported, a place to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, recognizing how identity, systems, and lived experience shape emotional well-being.

I view therapy as a collaborative process:

I bring professional knowledge and tools, while you bring the wisdom of your own lived experience. With over a decade of experience, I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, caregiving, relational challenges, and life transitions.

Drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and ACT modalities, I help clients build insight, resilience, and nervous system regulation skills to reconnect with a sense of safety, balance, and self-compassion. Together, we work toward greater clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

Many people experience moments when their thoughts and experiences feel overwhelming or difficult to understand. With over 10 years of experience, I support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, life transitions, and the often complex process of making sense of their inner world.

My goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. When emotional and psychological safety are present, therapy can become a place for deeper self-exploration and a greater understanding of yourself and your experiences.

I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Depending on what you’re navigating, I may draw from humanistic, strengths-based, motivational, and solution-focused therapies, as well as spiritual or culturally sensitive approaches when meaningful to you. Together, we’ll explore what lies beneath the surface, identify underlying patterns, develop practical coping tools, and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth.

What’s holding you back in life right now? Anxiety? Feelings of depression? Anger, fear, or grief? Maybe its unresolved trauma or strained relationships with family members or friends? Maybe it’s a combination of many of these things occurring all at once. Either
way, you’re likely overwhelmed, exhausted and wondering how you’ll ever be able to get past this. Well, here’s some good news: It IS possible. Better yet, you don’t have to go through it or figure it out on your own. That’s where I come in.

Lets take the time to work together and get through your struggles as a team. We might not identify all of the solutions today, and we may not solve them all by tomorrow either. However, the sooner we begin, the sooner we get you on the right path, with each day,
or session, bringing you one step closer to overall well-being.

If you’re ready to start that journey, then feel free to reach out to me. Id love the opportunity to guide, support and encourage you in moving forward to a happier, healthier version of yourself.

With a foundation in both theater and social work, I have built my career on the belief that storytelling and creativity hold the power to heal, transform, and connect communities. My early work in social justice theater revealed how collective creativity can spark truth, resistance, and social change, a realization that continues to guide my practice today.

Bringing together my passions for theater and social work, I found my home in drama therapy - an approach that integrates clinical insight with the healing potential of the arts. My clinical experience includes supporting survivors and perpetrators of domestic and gender-based violence, working alongside people living with HIV, and creating arts-based spaces for grief work.

I strive to hold space with openness, compassion, and cultural humility, centering the creative process as a pathway to resilience, healing, and reclaiming voice. A recent graduate of Concordia’s Drama Therapy program, I am continuing my journey through further studies in naturopathy and clinical counselling, deepening my commitment to integrative approaches to health and well-being.

Deciding to separate or divorce can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Family mediation offers a supportive, respectful space to make informed decisions together, without the stress of court. It's especially valuable for co-parents looking to prioritize their children’s well-being while finding fair, balanced solutions for the whole family.

As an accredited family mediator and social worker, Shannon Bianca Millichamp has over a decade of experience in Quebec’s Health and Social Services and Youth Protection, guiding couples through this emotional transition with compassion and clarity.  Her role is to stay neutral, helping negotiate parenting time, decision-making responsibilities, child and spousal support, and division of assets - always with the goal of reaching respectful, lasting agreements.

Even in challenging moments, there is room for cooperation and joint gain. Shannon is here to support you every step of the way.
